
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
HOW TO BOOK
- Once received the hotel reservation request from the client, our team would shortly confirm (by e-mail or fax) the reservation. In case of non-availability an alternative is offered, most likely of the same or similar category and in the same area.
- The client must reconfirm the reservation, sending (by e-mail or fax) all the details of his credit card (name, number and expiration date) and the authorization to debit the total amount of his reservation on his credit card.
- The voucher for the hotel and the invoice together with the debit note on his credit card will be sent (by e-mail or fax) directly to the client.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS
- All the payments of the reservations must be made only by credit cards (VISA, EUROSCRD, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DINERS), sending (by e-mail or fax) all the details of the client's credit card (name, number and expiration date) and the authorization to debit the total amount on it.
- The total amount of the reservation will be debited on the same day of the client’s reconfirmation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- No cancellation fees will be asked for cancellations received up to 48 hours before client’s arrival date (except if otherwise indicated on the confirmation sheet received by the client), but the amount of €
20.00 per room as record expenses, will be charged.
- No refund will be made for cancellations received in less than 48 hours before client’s arrival date.
- The amount of the refund will be credited on the client’s credit card on the same day of his
cancellation.
